This app provides case management, service level agreement tracking, billable time logging and everything you would require to ensure cases are smoothly managed through a variety of dashboards and reports.Typically this is used for managing customer issues which often start with a front line call center. This module can be extended into a portal giving customers the ability to get updates easily.
